由于污染防治设施运行管理制度不健全以及排污企业内部监管不力等问题,环境污染防治设施在运行过程中面临一些挑战。这些挑战导致了环境污染防治设施未能有效控制废气、废水和固废等污染物的排放,超过规定的排污标准或出现安全事故,如触电、中毒、火灾和爆炸等,从而对人们的健康和生活环境造成严重影响。因此,相关部门有必要采取紧急措施来解决这些问题,以改善我国的生态环境,并贯彻共同维护生态环境安全和安全生产的理念。

Due to the inadequate operation and management system of pollution prevethon and control facilities as well as inadequate internal supervision of polluting enterprises,environmental pollution prevention and control facilities face some challenges in their operation.These challenges have led to the failure of environmental pollution prevention and control facilities to effectively control the discharge of pollutants such as exhaust gas,wastewater,and solid waste,exceeding the prescribed discharge standards,or causing safety accidents such as electric shock,poisoning,fire,and explosion,thereby causing serious impacts on people’s health and living environment.Therefore,it is necessary for relevant departments to take emergency measures to solve these problems,to ensure the improvement of China’s ecological environment,and to implement the concept of jointly maintaining ecological environment safety and safe production.
