摘要
为了将引进的ZL28型双通道纤维滤棒成型机组技术消化吸收,分析了ZL28型纤维滤棒成型机组滤棒切割装置的结构原理,根据切刀、喇叭嘴、滤条之间的位置关系,利用Creo软件仿真模拟出ZL28型纤维滤棒成型机组双通道滤棒切割装置的运动规律,建立ZL28型纤维滤棒成型机组滤棒切割装置的几何模型,从而推导出ZL28型纤维滤棒成型机组滤棒切割装置的数学模型,得出常用的滤棒长度与刀盘倾角、喇叭嘴旋转直径之间的关系和数值。将求解得到的数值与转让技术参数进行对比,等于或接近修正后的设计技术参数,证明所述方法正确,可以为生产多品规的滤棒提供技术支持。
In order to thoroughly digest the technology of the imported ZL28 double-channel fiber filter rod forming machine,the structure principle of the filter rod cutting device of the ZL28 fiber filter rod forming machine is analyzed.Creo software is used to simulate the motion law of the double-channel filter rod cutting device of the ZL28 fiber filter rod forming unit,establish the geometric model of the filter rod cutting device of the ZL28 fiber filter rod forming machine.The mathematical model of the filter rod cutting device of ZL28 fiber filter rod forming unit is deduced.The relationship and value between the commonly used filter rod length and the inclination angle of the cutter head and the rotating diameter of the bell mouth are obtained.By comparing the calculated value with the transferred technical parameters,which are equal to or close to the revised design technical parameters,it is proved that the method is correct and can provide technical support for the production of filter rods with multiple specifications.
