高速电梯制动系统失效机理及检测方法分析

Analysis on Failure Mechanism and Detection Method of High-speed Elevator Brake System

针对高速电梯制动系统失效分析难的问题,介绍了高速电梯制动器的结构特点,然后对高速电梯制动系统的失效表征特性、失效机理及原因进行分析。结合当前高速电梯制动系统检验检测技术,指出了对高速电梯制动系统失效机理分析对于故障检测和寿命监测的重要性。

Aiming at the difficulty of failure analysis of high-speed elevator brake system,this paper introduces the structural characteristics of high-speed elevator brake,and then analyzes the failure characterization characteristics,failure mechanism and causes of high-speed elevator brake system.Combined the current inspection and detection technology of high-speed elevator brake system,the importance of failure mechanism analysis of high-speed elevator brake system for fault detection and life monitoring is pointed out.
