On the premise of using intelligent manufacturing means,focusing on the reform of manufacturing process,this paper puts forward an implementation plan for efficiency improvement based on discrete manufacturing,and expounds how to reduce the human resource demand in the manufacturing process from the perspective of technology,improve the product production efficiency and shorten the production cycle.
