烯效唑对杂交兰苗期植株的矮化效应研究

摘要 为明确烯效唑(S_(3307))对杂交兰苗期植株生长的影响,以自育新品系GZ1-11为试材,采用不同浓度的S_(3307)进行灌根处理。结果表明,适宜浓度的S_(3307)可以有效抑制新苗株高、叶长和根长,增加叶宽和根粗,但不影响假鳞茎的纵径和与横径。随着S_(3307)施用浓度的增加,植株的矮化效应显著增强,其中30 mL 10.00 mg/L S_(3307)的矮化效果最强,但综合杂交兰植株高度、叶片形态等表型特征及成本,生产上施用30 mL 2.50 mg/L的S_(3307)为宜。 To determine the effect of uniconazole(S_(3307))on the growth of hybrid Cymbidium seedlings,a new self-bred strain GZ1-11 was employed as the test material,and different concentrations of S_(3307)were used for root irrigation treatment.S_(3307)at the appropriate concentration efficiently inhibited the height,leaf length,and root length of new seedlings,increased leaf width and root thickness,but had no effect on the longitudinal and transverse diameters of pseudobulbs.The dwarfing effect of S_(3307)on plants increased with application concentration,with 30 mL concentration of 10.00 mg/L S_(3307)having the strongest dwarfing effect.However,given the phenotypic traits and expense of hybrid orchids,such as plant height and leaf morphology,a 30 mL dosage of 2.50 mg/L S_(3307)is recommended in production.
