摘要
为探索烟叶烘烤物联网大数据管理,以江西烟区2346台物联网烤房为研究对象,利用大数据软件分析了12685烤次烘烤工艺数据。结果表明,江西各产区烟叶停烤期波动较进烤期波动更大,烟叶采烤周期52~54 d,采烤次数5次左右,烟农烘干烤房比例偏少;各产区关键温度点稳温时间、总烘烤时间和三阶段时间比例方面存在一定差异,下部叶烘烤用时133~144 h,中部叶144~155 h,上部叶159~162 h;各产区干球温度点控制较为一致,湿球温度控制存在一定差异。江西产区可适当缩短干筋时间,合理调控关键温度点湿球温度,烘烤大数据可以快速实现烘烤执行情况、烘烤时间、烘烤关键温湿度控制及烟农烘烤习惯分析,助力实现烟叶烘烤大数据管理。
To explore the management of big data for tobacco drying based on the Internet of Things.A total of 2346 Internet of Things drying rooms in Jiangxi tobacco-growing areas were selected as the research objects.Big data analysis software was used to analyze 12685 baking process data.The results showed that the fluctuation of the drying period of tobacco leaves in various regions of Jiangxi was greater than that of the baking period.The harvesting-curing cycles was 52-54 days,the harvest frequency was about five times,there were fewer drying rooms for farmers.There were certain differences in the stable time of the key temperature points,the total baking time,and the three-stage time ratio in different production areas.The total curing time of lower,middle and upper tobacco leaves was mainly in ranges of 133-144 h,144-155 h and 159-162 h.The control of the dry-bulb temperature points in Jiangxi production areas was relatively consistent,while there were some differences in the control of the wet-bulb temperature.The durations of stem drying stage could be appropriately reduced,and the wet bulb temperature should be reasonably regulated to avoid drastic fluctuation,the use of big data analysis software can quickly realize the analysis of baking execution status,baking time,and key temperature and humidity control in tobacco drying.It can also analyze the baking habits of tobacco farmers,which can achieve the management of big data for tobacco drying and continuously promote the high-quality development of tobacco drying.
