乡村振兴视域下青年返乡创业:契合机理·现实困顿与纾解路向

From the Perspective of Rural Revitalization,Young People Return to Hometown to Start Businesses:Mechanism,Practical Difficulties and Relief Direction

围绕青年返乡创业何以可能、何以阻滞、何以可为3方面展开。返乡创业青年与乡村振兴战略的契合机理是以利益契合为动力,以需求契合为基石,以文化契合为载体,“双向奔赴”融于乡村振兴战略的全过程之中。然而,在青年返乡创业融铸入乡村振兴战略的进程中仍存在诸多现实困顿,如政策供给与创业资源有待完善,创业环境与创业素养亟待优化,主体协同与创业类型尚待增容。基于此,提出了增强青年返乡创业与乡村振兴的契合的措施,如采取增强政策机制有效性,激发创业青年主体性,整合多方主体协同性等纾解路向,提升青年返乡创业成功率,使其真正融入乡村振兴的宏伟蓝图之中。

This article focuses on three aspects:why it is possible,why it is difficult,and why it is possible for young people to return to their hometowns to start a business.The same frequency resonance of returning entrepreneurial youth and rural revitalization strategy is driven by interest resonance,demand resonance as the cornerstone,and cultural resonance as the carrier,and“two-way rush”is integrated into the whole process of rural revitalization strategy.However,there are still many practical difficulties in the process of integrating young people into the rural revitalization strategy,such as policy supply and entrepreneurial resources to be improved,the entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial literacy need to be optimized,and the type of subject collaboration and entrepreneurship needs to be increased.Based on this,the resonance of youth returning to their hometowns to start businesses and rural revitalization should adopt ways to enhance the effectiveness of policies and mechanisms,stimulate the subjectivity of entrepreneurial youth,and integrate the synergy of multiple subjects,so as to improve the success rate of young people returning to their hometowns to start businesses,so that they can truly integrate into the grand blueprint of rural revitalization.
