柴油机柴油劣化特性研究和预测

摘要 电厂柴油机组负责在应急情况下向安全和非安全系统提供可靠电源,保证重要设备能够执行安全停堆的功能,并将反应堆维持在安全状态。柴油的品质参数直接影响柴油机的正常运行,由于柴油品质关联烃类基团复杂,相互耦合严重,内部组分和物性参数解析困难,因此无法通过简单数据趋势分析方式找出柴油品质参数指标的关系。通过对柴油指标性质的分类,利用灰色数学关联度理论及模型,成功找出柴油劣化的特性指标,建立GM(1,1)灰色数学预测模型,利用计算机语言,将柴油指标间复杂的逻辑计算转化为可操作软件,实现柴油重要品质指标的准确预测,保证机组安全稳定运行。 Power plant diesel units are responsible for providing reliable power to safety and non-safety systems in emergency situations,ensuring that important equipment can perform the function of safe reactor shutdown,and maintaining the reactor in a safe state.The quality parameters of diesel fuel directly affect the normal operation of the diesel engine,due to the diesel fuel quality associated hydrocarbon groups are complex,coupled with each other seriously,the internal components and physical properties of the parameters of the resolution of the difficulty,so it is not possible to find out the relationship between the diesel fuel quality parameter indicators through a simple data trend analysis method.Through the classification of the nature of diesel fuel indicators,the use of gray mathematical correlation theory and model,successfully identify the characteristics of diesel fuel deterioration indicators,the establishment of GM(1,1)gray mathematical prediction model,the use of computer language,the diesel fuel indicators between the complex logic of the calculations into an operational software,to achieve the accurate prediction of the important quality indicators of diesel fuel,to ensure that the unit operates safely and stably.
