肉桂在糖尿病治疗中的应用

摘要 肉桂为樟科植物肉桂的干燥树皮,是我国传统中药材,具有降血糖、抑菌、抗氧化等多种药理作用。糖尿病是一种以高血糖为典型特征,糖脂代谢紊乱为主要特点的慢性疾病。本文综述了肉桂单方和复方的临床应用及肉桂挥发油、肉桂多酚、肉桂黄酮、肉桂多糖等肉桂提取物的降血糖作用研究,以期为肉桂在治疗糖尿病的临床应用提供参考。 Cinnamon,the dry bark of Cinnamomum cassia(Cinnamomum camphoraceae),is a common traditional Chinese medicinal herb with various pharmacological effects such as lowering blood sugar,antibacterial,and antioxidant properties.Diabetes is a chronic disease characterized by hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia.The clinical applications of cinnamon single and compound preparations,and hypoglycemic effect of cinnamon extracts such as cinnamon volatile oil,cinnamon polyphenols,cinnamon flavonoids,cinnamon polysaccharide were reviewed in order to providing reference for the clinical application of cinnamon in the treatment of diabetes.
