摘要
2014年国家生态环境部下发《石化行业挥发性有机物综合整治方案》(环发[2014]177号),要求苯、甲苯、二甲苯等危险化学品应在内浮顶罐基础上安装油气回收装置等处理设施。本文主要讲述某石化企业选用膜分离技术,对三苯罐罐顶气挥发性有机物进行治理,对运行过程中遇到的问题进行分析并解决,治理效果满足《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》(GB31570-2015)表4要求的非甲烷总烃去除率≥97%、苯<4 mg/m^(3)、甲苯<15 mg/m^(3)、二甲苯<20 mg/m^(3),既治理了污染,又回收了资源,社会效益和经济效益显著。
In 2014,the Ministry of Ecology and Environment issued the Comprehensive Treatment Plan for Volatile Organic Compounds in the Petrochemical Industry(Huanfa[2014]No.177),which required that hazardous chemicals tanks such as benzene,toluene and xylene should install treatment facilities such as oil and gas recovery devices on the basis of floating roof tanks.The using of membrane separation technology to treat volatile organic compounds in the top of triphenyl tanks in a petrochemical enterprise was researched,which also analyzed and solved the problems encountered in the operation process.The results show that treatment effect meets the non-methane total hydrocarbon removal rate≥97%,benzene<4 mg/m^(3),toluene<15 mg/m^(3),xylene<20 mg/m^(3) as required in Table 4 of Pollutant Discharge Standard for Petroleum Refining Industry(GB31570-2015),which not only controls pollution but also recyles resources,with significant social and economic benefits.
