摘要
顺丁橡胶装置溶剂中混入微量杂质后会严重影响聚合反应,从而造成产品质量波动,使用常规的检测方法进行问题排查既费时又费力。基于此,本论文以回收单元中的己烷溶剂为研究对象,利用气相色谱法对其中可能影响反应的杂质进行了分类和研究。通过对装置的实际样品进行分析,结果表明该方法可以实现对己烷溶剂中1,3-丁二烯、乙醇、乙醚、己烷和对叔丁基邻苯二酚等多种杂质的检测,快速分析出溶剂中存在的问题,为工业生产提供指导。
The presence of trace impurities in the solvent of the butadiene rubber unit can seriously affect the polymerization reaction,resulting in fluctuations in product quality.Using conventional detection methods for troubleshooting is both time-consuming and laborious.Based on this,this paper takes the hexane solvent in the recovery unit as the research object,and uses gas chromatography to classify and study the impurities that may affect the reaction.By analyzing the actual samples of the device,the results show that this method can achieve the analysis of various impurities such as 1,3-butadiene,ethanol,ether,and p-tert-butylcatechol in hexane solvent,quickly identify the problems in the solvent,and provide guidance for industrial production.
