基于扎根理论的环境工程专业实践教学评价体系构建与多元评价——以衡阳师范学院为例

摘要 实践教学是工程专业教育教学的重要组成部分,是环境工程专业人才培养的关键环节之一。实践教学评价离不开多方评价主体的参与以及多元评价方式的应用。本文运用深度访谈与扎根理论对实践教学进行研究,对学生、企业、教师等主体进行深度访谈,获取实践教学评价所需资料。基于研究结果,提出改善校内实践基础条件、丰富实践能力培养模式、完善实践教学体系、多渠道扩宽校企合作方式等建议。 Practice teaching is an important part of engineering education and teaching,and is one of the key links in the training of environmental engineering professionals.The evaluation of practical teaching is inseparable from the participation of multiple evaluation subjects and the application of multiple evaluation methods.In this paper,in-depth interviews and grounded theory are used to study practical teaching,and in-depth interviews are conducted with students,enterprises,teachers and other subjects to obtain the materials needed for practical teaching evaluation.Based on the research results,suggestions are put forward to improve the basic conditions of campus practice,enrich the training mode of practical ability,improve the practical teaching system,and expand the cooperation between schools and enterprises through multiple channels.
