新工科背景下《有机化学》课程思政教学改革探索与实践

摘要 针对有机化学课程出现的课程教学与思政教育“两张皮”的现象,分析了将思政教育融入有机化学课程教学的必要性。以立德树人为核心,从加强教师思政意识和思政能力建设、有机化学课程教学体系设计、深入挖掘课程中存在的思政元素及其在“课前-课中-课后”全课程范围内的实践、思政育人成效评价等方面阐述了如何将思政元素有机融入课程教学,为国家培养知行合一的新工科人才。 The incorporation of ideological and political education into the teaching of organic chemistry courses is imperative,given the existence of a“dual-layered”approach between course instruction and ideological and political education in organic chemistry.With moral education as its core,this paper elaborated on the integration of ideological and political education into curriculum teaching,focusing on strengthening teachers'awareness and capacity building in this area.The article also explored the development of an organic chemistry course teaching system that incorporates existing ideological and political elements,as well as its implementation throughout the entire course(pre-class,in-class,and post-class),with a final evaluation of the effectiveness of such educational efforts.Cultivate new engineering talents who possess the ability to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical skills for the betterment of our nation.
