摘要
在就业竞争和考研升学竞争日趋激烈的环境下,大学生的创新能力和自主学习能力越发处于突出的重要位置。本文主要以大学生有机化学学科创新创业项目的申报和实施以及毕业论文的设计和实施为背景,简要介绍了药学专业有机化学课程学习存在的一些问题,重点详细阐述以“科学探究,实践出真知”为模式的有机化学教学的设计,以具体的有机药物分子合成实践研究方案来巩固学生的理论知识,达到“学以致用,以学创新”的目的,以此引发学生的学习兴趣,提高有机化学学习效率和实践创新能力,为培养研究生预备军和创新型医药人才打下基础。
In the environment of increasing fierce competition for employment and postgraduate entrance examination,college students'innovative and independent learning ability are more and more prominent.This paper is mainly based on the application and implementation of innovative and entrepreneurial projects in organic chemistry of college students and the design and implementation of graduation thesis,and briefly introduces some problems existing in the organic chemistry course of pharmacy major.Most importantly,the design of organic chemistry teaching based on the model of“scientific inquiry,practice leads to true knowledge”is expounded in detail.The purpose of“learn to use,learn to innovation”and arousing students’learning interest were achieved with specific research of drug molecular synthesis.At the same time,students’theoretical knowledge is consolidated,as well as learning efficiency and practical innovative ability.All of which lay a foundation to cultivate Graduate reserve army and innovative medical personnel.
