深圳市典型行业VOCs治理现状研究

摘要 对深圳市2016年以来的环境空气质量(AQI)和臭氧(O_(3))评价浓度变化趋势进行了整理,选取龙岗、西乡两个大气环境国控站点2022年7~9月的O_(3)、NO2和AQI数据绘制曲线进行对比,分析VOCs与O_(3)生成的反应关系,得出VOCs是环境空气质量影响的重要因素这一结论。进一步以深圳市包装印刷、金属制品、塑料制品和电子电路等典型行业为VOCs治理现状为研究对象,选取20家企业采用现场调研、浓度监测的方式进行VOCs治理情况资料收集,重点针对VOCs末端治理技术不适当、净化效率低、治理设施运行维护不规范等问题进行深入分析,同时结合现行的VOCs排放标准和相关法律法规,对企业的VOCs治理与排放提出了针对性建议,希望能为生态环境主管部门的监管工作起到促进作用,为深圳市深入打好蓝天保卫战、保卫“深圳蓝”提供技术支撑。 The change trend of ambient air quality(AQI)and ozone(O_(3))evaluation concentration in Shenzhen since 2016 was sorted out.The O_(3),NO2 and AQI data of two atmospheric environment state control stations in Longgang and Xixiang from July to September 2022 were selected to draw curves for comparison,and the reaction relationship between VOCs and O_(3)generation was analyzed.It is concluded that VOCs is an important factor affecting ambient air quality.Further taking Shenzhen packaging printing,metal products,plastic products and electronic circuits and other typical industries as the VOCs governance status as the research object,20 enterprises were selected to collect VOCs governance information by on-site investigation and concentration monitoring.Focusing on the problems of inappropriate VOCs end-treatment technology,low purification efficiency,non-standard operation and maintenance of treatment facilities,and combining the current VOCs emission standards and relevant laws and regulations,targeted suggestions are put forward for the governance and emission of VOCs for enterprises,hoping to promote the regulatory work of ecological environment authorities.Provide technical support for Shenzhen to fight a good blue sky defense battle and defend“Shenzhen Blue”.
