摘要
针对一种单台多级离心萃取器的级间密封结构,采用有限元仿真计算方法,分析不同压缩率对级间密封结构内的金属O形环在应力-变形特性、接触应力、接触宽度、压缩载荷和回弹量变化等方面的影响以及在工作压力下金属O形环密封性能的分析,验证了该级间密封结构的合理性。根据有限元分析结果,表明选取的金属O形环满足使用要求。
For the interstage sealing structure of a single multi-stage centrifugal extractor,the finite element simulation calculation method was used to analyze the stress-deformation characteristics,contact stress,contact width,and The impact of changes in compression load and rebound amount,as well as the analysis of the sealing performance of the metal O-ring under working pressure,verify the rationality of the inter-stage sealing structure.According to the finite element analysis results,it is shown that the selected metal O-ring meets the usage requirements.
