摘要
磷石膏是湿法磷酸生产过程中副产的固体废弃物,具有产量大、杂质含量多、难处理的特点。本文以盐酸为溶剂,采用单因素实验和正交试验设计法相结合,探究固液比、溶解温度、酸剂浓度等因素对工业废弃物磷石膏在盐酸中酸溶性能的影响。通过正交试验得出溶解条件为温度80℃、固液比1∶25、酸剂浓度10%时,磷石膏溶解效果最佳,溶解率达到89.42%,最终得到洁白、针状的石膏晶须。
Phosphogypsum is a solid waste produced during the production process of wet process phosphoric acid,characterized by high yield,high impurity content,and difficulty in treatment.In the experiment,hydrochloric acid was used as solvent,single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment design were used to explore the effects of solid-liquid ratio,dissolution temperature,acid concentration and other factors on the acid solubility of industrial waste phosphogypsum in hydrochloric acid.Through orthogonal test,it was found that when the dissolution conditions were 80℃,solid-liquid ratio 1:25 and acid concentration 10%,the dissolution effect of phosphogypsum was the best,and the dissolution rate reached 89.42%.Finally,white and needle-like gypsum whisker was obtained.
