摘要
某地因新增污水超出当地水厂接纳负荷,造成污水溢流、环境污染。为及时解决该部分溢流污水,同时考虑到占地、建设周期、使用周期等因素,选择磁微滤生物膜工艺的撬装式污水处理厂。本文介绍了该工艺的技术原理、工艺流程、设计参数及运行效果。水厂自下单生产到建成通水历时不到60天,投产运行后,出水水质稳定达到《四川省岷江、沱江流域水污染物排放标准》(DB51/2311-2016)。运营期间,平均药剂成本为0.18元/吨,平均能耗成本为0.25元/吨,污泥产量约为500kg/万m^(3)(绝干污泥),较传统工艺有较大成本优势。实践证明,该工艺在节约占地、节省运营费用等方面,具有较强的适用性和推广价值。
The newly added sewage exceeds the acceptance load of the local water plant,resulting in sewage overflow and environmental pollution.In order to solve this part of overflow sewage in time,and considering the factors such as land cover,construction cycle,and use cycle,the skid-mounted sewage plant with magnetic microfiltration biofilm process is selected.This paper introduces the technical principle,process flow,design parameters and operation effect of this process.It took less than 60 days for the water plant to complete the operation.After the water plant is put into operation,the water quality of the outlet water reaches the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants in Minjiang and Tuojiang River Basin of Sichuan Province(DB51/2311-2016).During the operation,the average cost of pharmaceuticals is 0.18 yuan/ton,the average cost of energy consumption is 0.25 yuan/ton,and the sludge output is about 500 kg/10,000 m^(3)(dry sludge),which has a greater cost advantage than the traditional process.Practice has proved that this process has strong applicability and promotion value in saving land cover and operating costs.
