广藿香精油对1~21日龄白羽肉仔鸡生长性能、免疫功能和抗氧化能力的影响

摘要 试验旨在研究广藿香精油(PEO)对白羽肉仔鸡生长性能、免疫功能和抗氧化能力的影响。选取540只健康且体重相近的1日龄爱拔益加肉鸡(均为雄性),随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复30只雏鸡。A组饲喂基础饲粮,B组饲喂基础饲粮+200 mg/kg PEO,C组饲喂基础饲粮+400 mg/kg PEO。试验期21 d。结果表明:与A组相比,B组和C组肉仔鸡的平均日增重、平均日采食量、末重以及血清中高密度脂蛋白水平显著提高(P<0.05),料重比、血清中谷丙转氨酶活性、谷草转氨酶活性、低密度脂蛋白水平显著降低(P<0.05)。与A组相比,B组和C组肉仔鸡血清中补体C3、C4和白细胞介素-10含量显著提高(P<0.05),白细胞介素-6含量显著降低(P<0.05);B组和C组肉仔鸡血清中超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性和总抗氧化力显著提高(P<0.05),脾脏指数、胸腺指数和法氏囊指数显著提高(P<0.05),血清中丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲粮中添加200 mg/kg和400 mg/kg PEO可以有效改善1~21日龄白羽肉仔鸡生长性能、免疫功能和抗氧化能力,添加400 mg/kg PEO的效果更好。 The experiment aimed to study the effects of Patchouli essential oil(PEO)on the growth performance,immune function,and antioxidant capacity of White-feathered broiler chicks.A total of 540 healthy one-day-old male Arbor Acres broilers with similar body weights were randomly divided into three groups,with six replicates per group and 30 chicks per replicate.Group A was fed a basal diet,Group B was fed a basal diet+200 mg/kg PEO,and Group C was fed a basal diet+400 mg/kg PEO.The experimental period was 21 days.The results showed that compared to Group A,the average daily weight gain,average daily feed intake,final weight,and serum high-density lipoprotein levels in broilers of Group B and Group C were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the feed conversion ratio and serum activities of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the serum low-density lipoprotein levels were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared to Group A,the levels of complement C3,C4,and the interleukin-10 in the serum of broilers in Group B and Group C were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the content of interleukin-6 was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared to Group A,the activities of superoxide dismutase,glutathione peroxidase,catalase,and total antioxidant capacity in the serum of broilers in Group B and Group C were significantly enhanced(P<0.05),and the indices of the spleen index,thymus index,and bursa of Fabricius index were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the content of malondialdehyde in the serum was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of 200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg PEO to the feed can effectively improve the growth performance,immune function,and antioxidant capacity of White feathered broiler chicks aged 1 to 21 days.The effect of 400 mg/kg PEO is better.
