稻壳灰与再生粗骨料掺料对再生混凝土静力特性影响研究

摘要 为探索稻壳灰对再生混凝土力学性能的改善效果,本文以稻壳灰替代率和再生粗骨料替代率作为变量,通过无侧限抗压强度试验以及劈裂抗拉强度试验评价稻壳灰对再生混凝土抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度的改善效果。试验结果显示:再生混凝土的抗压强度随稻壳灰的增加呈现先增加后减少的变化趋势,稻壳灰掺入量较低时可提高再生混凝土抗压强度,稻壳灰的最优掺入量为10%。随稻壳灰替代率的增加,再生混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度整体呈下降趋势,稻壳灰的改善作用微弱。稻壳灰对再生混凝土抗压强度的改善效果优于劈裂抗拉强度。 In order to explore the improvement effect of rice husk ash on the mechanical properties of recycled concrete,this study takes the replacement rate of rice husk ash and the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate as variables,and evaluates the improvement effect of rice husk ash on the compressive strength and split tensile strength of recycled concrete through the unconfined compressive strength test and split tensile strength test.The test results show that the compressive strength of recycled concrete increased and then decreased with the increase of rice husk ash,and the compressive strength of recycled concrete could be improved with a lower amount of rice husk ash,and the optimum amount of rice husk ash was 10%.With the increase of rice husk ash substitution rate,the split tensile strength of recycled concrete showed an overall decreasing trend,and the improvement effect of rice husk ash was weak.The improvement effect of rice husk ash on the compressive strength of recycled concrete was better than the split tensile strength.
