Experimental Study on Quick Repair Mortar for Concrete Pavement

混凝土路面快速修补砂浆是一种能快速修补混凝土路面破坏、开裂、板面磨损的砂浆。本次研究以普通硅酸盐水泥、硫铝酸盐水泥为胶凝材料,石英砂为骨料,结合高性能聚合物添加剂进行混合调整,调整出1d抗压强度高于35MPa、抗折强度大于5MPa、粘结强度大于1.2MPa的产品来满足施工需求。

Quick repair mortar for concrete pavement is a kind of mortar that can repair damage,cracking and surface wear of concrete pavement quickly.In this study,ordinary Portland cement,sulphate aluminate cement as cementing material,quartz sand as aggregate,combined with high-performance polymer additives were mixed and adjusted to adjust 1d compressive strength higher than 35MPa,flexural strength greater than 5MPa,bond strength greater than 1.2MPa products to meet the construction needs.
