温度监测在大体积混凝土施工过程的应用

摘要 混凝土会因自身水化热及干燥收缩等因素而发生变形,这将使大体积混凝土出现变形不一致以及整体收缩过大等问题,进而在内外约束的作用下产生较大应力,如不及时对大体积混凝土内外表面温度预警及采取措施,混凝土将产生内部裂缝,严重时会出现贯穿裂缝,最终影响结构安全。本文以某工程项目为例,对温度监测在大体积混凝土施工过程的应用进行研究,对监测数据进行整理并加以分析,采用大体积温度监测的试验方法能够准确监测出建筑结构中大体积混凝土的里表温差,出现异常时能预警并采取措施,确保了大体积混凝土浇筑顺利进行,避免出现有害裂缝。 Concrete will deform due to factors such as its own hydration heat and drying shrinkage,which will cause problems such as inconsistent deformation and excessive overall shrinkage of mass concrete.This will result in significant stress under the influence of internal and external constraints.If the temperature warning and measures on the inner and outer surfaces of mass concrete are not timely taken,internal cracks will occur in the concrete,and in severe cases,through cracks will appear,ultimately affecting structural safety.This article takes a certain engineering project as an example to study the application of temperature monitoring in the construction process of mass concrete.The monitoring data was sorted and analyzed,and the experimental method of large volume temperature monitoring was adopted to accurately monitor the surface temperature difference of mass concrete in building structures.When abnormalities occur,early warning and measures can be taken to ensure the smooth pouring of mass concrete and avoid harmful cracks.
