深大富水地连墙施工关键技术研究

摘要 介绍采用盖挖逆作法施工的武汉轨道交通12号线中一路站基坑围护结构施工关键技术。针对超深地下连续墙施工过程中遇到的难题,对于土质条件较差的深大富水地区,包括软土和岩石等不利条件,需要采取相应措施,结合成槽施工、钢筋笼制作与吊装、泥浆护壁施工、止水控制等施工环节,对超深地下连墙施工中的关键施工质量控制技术展开研究,从而保证工程的建设质量,并为今后类似的工程提供经验和参考价值。 The key technology of foundation pit enclosure construction of Zhongyi Road Station of Wuhan Rail Transit Line 12 was introduced by cover-digging and reverse-working method.In view of the problems encountered in the construction process of ultra-deep diaphragm wall,for the deep and large water-rich areas with poor soil conditions,including unfavorable conditions such as soft soil and rock,corresponding measures need to be taken.Combined with trough construction,steel cage production and hoisting,mud retaining wall construction,water stop control and other construction links,the key construction quality control technology in the construction of ultra-deep underground wall was studied,so as to ensure the construction quality of the project and provide experience and reference value for similar projects in the future.
