桥梁施工中聚丙烯纤维混凝土应用研究

摘要 桥梁施工中,桥面铺装层结构是一种直接受力结构层,为了提高桥梁施工质量,延长桥梁的使用寿命,引入聚丙烯纤维混凝土,开展对其在桥梁施工中的应用研究。在聚丙烯纤维混凝土配合比设计、建立三跨连续变截面有限元模型的基础上,通过桥梁桥面聚丙烯纤维混凝土铺装施工、确定铺装层疲劳荷载最不利荷载位置与控制截面,提出一种新的应用聚丙烯纤维混凝土的桥梁桥面铺装层施工方案。聚丙烯纤维混凝土的应用可以有效改善桥梁桥面铺装层的疲劳性能,同时在经济因素和技术因素等方面,聚丙烯纤维混凝土的应用也具有显著优势。 In bridge construction,the bridge deck pavement layer structure is a directly stressed structural layer.In order to improve the quality of bridge construction and extend the service life of the bridge,polypropylene fiber concrete is introduced and its application research in bridge construction is carried out.Based on the design of polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete mix proportion and the establishment of a three span continuous variable cross-section finite element model,a new construction plan for bridge deck pavement layer using polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete was proposed by determining the most unfavorable load position and control section of the pavement layer fatigue load during bridge deck pavement construction.The application of polypropylene fiber concrete can effectively improve the fatigue performance of bridge deck pavement,and at the same time,it has significant advantages in economic and technical factors.
