补肾活血方对青春期肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者血清性激素水平及糖脂代谢的影响

Effects of Bushen Huoxue prescription on levels of serum sex hormones and glucose and lipid metabolism in adolescent obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的探讨补肾活血方对青春期肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者血清性激素水平及糖脂代谢的影响。方法队列研究。抽取2019年1月至2023年1月于南阳市中心医院诊治的肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者98例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组口服克罗米芬柠檬酸盐治疗,观察组联合补肾活血方和口服克罗米芬柠檬酸盐治疗。比较两组治疗效果,比较两组治疗前后糖、脂代谢及血清性激素水平。结果观察组治疗有效率(89.79%,44/49)高于对照组(67.34%,33/49),P<0.05。观察组获卵数、MII卵数均高于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组患者2PN受精卵数与对照组比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后血清黄体生成素、睾酮水平均低于对照组,血清卵泡刺激素和雌二醇水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组糖代谢指标均优于治疗前,且观察组三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、总胆固醇水平均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论补肾活血方能够进一步提高多囊卵巢综合征的治疗效果,改善糖脂代谢异常和血清性激素水平。

Objective To investigate the effects of Bushen Huoxue prescription on levels of serum sex hormones and glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with adolescent obese polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods This study was a cohort study.Ninety-eight obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated in Nanyang Central Hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected as study objects,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given oral clomiphene citrate treatment,and the observation group was given Bushen Huoxue prescription based on the treatment of the control group.The treatment efficacy of the two groups were compared.Glucose and lipid metabolism and levels of serum sex hormones were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(89.79%,44/49)was higher than that in the control group(67.34%,33/49),P<0.05.The number of retrieved oocytes and meiosis II eggs in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the number of 2 pronuclear fertilized eggs between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum luteinizing hormone and testosterone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of serum follicle stimulating hormone and estradiol were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the glucose metabolism indicators in both groups were better than those before treatment,moreover,the levels of triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein,and total cholesterol in the observation group were lower compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Bushen Huoxue prescription can further improve the therapeutic effect on polycystic ovary syndrome,ameliorate abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism,and improve serum sex hormone levels.
