重复经颅磁刺激辅助治疗青少年抑郁障碍的疗效

目的 评估重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)辅助治疗青少年抑郁障碍的效果。方法 回顾性分析198例行10次左侧背外侧前额叶高频rTMS治疗的重度抑郁障碍患者(青少年85例,成人113例)。采用治疗前后2周汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)的评分,比较不同年龄治疗有效率和治愈率,并进行焦虑和抑郁的相关性分析。结果 青少年组和成年组治疗有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,青少年组HAMD和HAMA评分下降呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 rTMS辅助治疗在青少年抑郁障碍中是可行且有效的,特别适用于青少年患者。

Objective To investigate the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)as an add-on treatment for depression in adolescents and adults using naturalistic methods in the real world.Methods A retrospective analysis of 198 patients(including 85 adolescents and 113 adults)treated with 10 treatments of high-frequency rTMS in the left dorsolateral prefrontal lobe was retrospectively analyzed.The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)were assessed 2 weeks before and after treatment,treatment effectiveness and cure rates were compared across age groups,and correlation analyses were performed.Results There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of treatment efficacy between the adolescent and adult groups(P<0.05).In addition,after two weeks of treatment,there was a positive correlation between the percentage reduction in HAMD and HAMA scores in the adolescent group.Conclusion Add-on rTMS is feasible and effective in adolescent depression,especially for the treatment of this age group.
