摘要
目的探究细菌性食物中毒患者进行病原微生物检测的临床价值,为相关检测提供参考。方法选取2021年1月—2022年11月福建省宁化县总医院收治的细菌性食物中毒患者60例进行病原微生物检测。从粪便、食品、呕吐物、手拭子等方面进行病原菌检测,同时记录并统计分析患者的病原菌检出情况。结果在微生物检测中,病原菌总检出率为31.61%,患者呕吐物检出率为26.15%,粪便检出率为82.72%,肛拭子检出率为33.64%,手拭子检出率为5.26%,食物检出率为4.94%,其中粪便中检出率为最高。本次病原微生物检测,共检测病株1101株,沙门菌51株,变形杆菌24株,副溶血性弧菌191株,致泻性大肠埃希菌67株,金黄色葡萄球菌15株。结论临床中对细菌性食物中毒患者进行病原微生物检测中,粪便、肛拭子、呕吐物中的检出率较为理想。同时,病原微生物检测能够对细菌性食物中毒患者的病原菌种类、血清属性等进行辨别判断,协助医师进行对症治疗,提高临床疗效,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To explore the clinical value of pathogenic microorganism detection in patients with bacterial food poisoning,and to provide reference for relevant detection.Methods A total of 60 patients with bacterial food poisoning admitted to Fujian Province Ninghua County General Hospital from January 2021 to November 2022 were selected for pathogenic microorganism detection.The pathogenic bacteria was detected from feces,food,vomitus,hand swabs and other aspects,and the detection condition of pathogenic bacteria in patients was recorded and statistically analyzed.Results In microbial detection,the total detection rate of pathogenic bacteria was 31.61%,the detection rate of patient vomit was 26.15%,the detection rate of feces was 82.72%,the detection rate of anal swabs was 33.64%,the detection rate of hand swabs was 5.26%,and the detection rate of food was 4.94%.Among them,the detection rate in feces was the highest.In this pathogenic microorganism detection,a total of 1101 strains were detected,including 51 strains of Salmonella,24 strains of Proteus,191 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus,67 strains of Escherichia coli causing diarrhea,and 15 strains of Staphylococcus aureus.Conclusion In clinical practice,the detection rates of pathogenic microorganisms in patients with bacterial food poisoning were relatively ideal in feces,anal swabs and vomit.At the same time,pathogenic microorganism detection could distinguish and judge the types of pathogens and serum properties of patients with bacterial food poisoning,assist physicians in symptomatic treatment,improve clinical efficacy,and promote early recover of patients.
