互动小组式健康教育对糖尿病患者的干预研究

Intervention study of interactive group style health education on diabetes patients

目的分析2型糖尿病患者应用基于家庭医生团队的互动小组式健康教育模式对遵医行为、血糖水平产生的临床影响。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月在天津市东丽区华明社区卫生服务中心门诊治疗的2型糖尿病患者120例,通过随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组在家庭医生预约门诊接受健康管理与教育,观察组在对照组基础上采取定期参与互动小组式健康教育模式活动。比较两组患者医嘱依从率、血糖水平变化。结果干预后,观察组医嘱总依从率为95.00%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.227,P<0.05)。观察组空腹血糖(FBG)及餐后2 h血糖(2hPGB)分别为(6.32±1.08)和(7.47±1.33)mmol/L,低于对照组的(7.61±1.21)和(8.57±2.38)mmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于家庭医生团队的互动小组式健康教育模式临床效果明显,可提高2型糖尿病患者医嘱依从性和血糖控制效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical impact of the application of interactive group style health education model based on family doctor team on compliance behavior and blood glucose level for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in the outpatient department of Tianjin Dongli District Huaming Community Health Service Center from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group received health management and education at the family doctor's appointment clinic,while the observation group participated in regular interactive group style health education activities on the basis of the control group.The compliance rate with medical orders and changes of blood glucose levels between two groups of patients were compared.Results After intervention,the total compliance rate of medical orders in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 83.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.227,P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose(FBG)and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG)of the observation group were(6.32±1.08)and(7.47±1.33)mmol/L,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group with(7.61±1.21)and(8.57±2.38)mmol/L,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The interactive group style health education model based on the family doctor team had obvious clinical effect,which could improve the medical orders compliance of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and the effect of blood sugar control,and it was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
