高血压并发症的预防与治疗分析

Analysis of prevention and treatment of hypertension complications

目的介绍高血压并发症具体的预防和治疗措施,并研究和分析对并发症发生率、患者生活质量的影响。方法选择2022年1—12月于天津市河西区天塔街社区卫生服务中心就诊的90例高血压患者作为研究对象,根据单双数法进行分组,单数分为观察组,双数分为对照组,每组各45例。两组均服用降压药进行治疗,对照组行常规治疗,观察组行并发症的预防与治疗。对两组的并发症发生率及干预前后生活质量(WHOQOL-BREF评分)变化进行观察和比较。结果观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组WHOQOL-BREF评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组WHOQOL-BREF评分明显高于干预前及对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论科学合理的高血压并发症预防与治疗,可明显减少并发症的发生,并提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To introduce the specific prevention and treatment measures for hypertension complications,and to study and analyze the effects on the incidence of complications and the quality of life of patients.Methods A total of 90 hypertensive patients who were treated in Tianjin Hexi District Tianta Street Community Health Service Center from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into observation group with odd numbers assigned and control group with even numbers according to the odd and even method,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with antihypertensive drugs,the control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with prevention and treatment of complications.The incidence rate of complication and the changes in quality of life(WHOQOL-BREF score)before and after intervention were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in WHOQOL-BREF score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);but the WHOQOL-BREF score in the observation group after intervention was significantly higher than that before intervention and the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Scientific and reasonable prevention and treatment of hypertension complications could significantly reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
