摘要
目的探讨甲状腺疾病患者术后针对性护理效果,从而为临床护理方案制订提供参考。方法研究对象为2017年1月—2019年12月在天津市海河医院147例行甲状腺手术的患者,以硬币抛掷方法,将患者分为实施常规护理的对照组73例和实施针对性护理的观察组74例。观察两组患者不同护理模式下的SAS及SDS评分,并比较两组患者的护理满意度评分。结果护理前,两组患者SAS、SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度评分为(89.62±3.01)分,高于对照组(74.73±2.89)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将针对性护理与甲状腺疾病患者的术后康复治疗进行结合,有助于改善患者的负面心理情绪,提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To explore the targeted nursing effect of patients with thyroid diseases after operation,so as to provide reference for the formulation of clinical nursing plan.Methods The research subjects were 147 patients who underwent thyroid surgery in Tianjin Haihe Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019.The grouping method was coin throwing method.The patients were divided into control group(73 cases)with routine nursing and observation group(74 cases)with targeted nursing.The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups under different nursing modes were observed and the nursing satisfaction degree scores was compared.Results Before nursing,there was not statistically signification in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores of patients in the observation group was(89.62±3.01)points,which was higher than(74.73±2.89)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of targeted nursing and postoperative rehabilitation treatment of patients with thyroid diseases was helpful to improve patients'negative psychological mood and improve patients'nursing satisfaction,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
