废旧聚酰胺部件扩链改性技术

摘要 利用不同扩链剂对废旧聚酰胺部件破碎料进行改性,研究不同扩链剂对再生复合材料的熔体流动速率、力学性能和结晶行为的影响。结果表明,扩链剂对聚酰胺树脂具有较好的扩链效果,能够有效地改善聚酰胺材料的加工性能,当马来酸酐类扩链剂2的含量为1.2%时,再生复合材料的熔体流动速率从12.4降低至5.1,拉伸强度达到最大值,并且,具有成核剂的作用,提高再生复合材料的结晶速率,由各项测试结果可知,制备的再生聚酰胺部件性能也能满足要求,因此,废旧聚酰胺部件经过回收改性后,可实现物料的循环利用,成为性能较好的可再生资源。 The effects of different chain extenders on melt flow rate,mechanical properties and crystallization behavior of recycled composite were studied.The results showed that the chain extender had a good chain⁃extending effect on polyamide resin,and could effectively improve the processability of Polyamide material,when the content of maleic anhydride chain extender 2 reaches 1.2%,the melt flow rate of the regenerated composite decreased from 12.4 to 5.1,the tensile strength reached the maximum,and the regenerated composite could act as a nucleating agent,when the content of chain extender increased,the mechanical properties of the composite decrease,the crystallization rate decreases,and the imperfect crystals increase.The properties of the regenerated polyamide parts prepared by chain extender 2 also met the requirements of the standards,so the recycled and modified waste polyamide parts could realize the recycling of materials,could be a renewable resource with excellent performance.
