傅里叶变换红外光谱结合化学计量学的生物降解塑料袋鉴别分类

Identification and Classification of Biodegradable Plastic Bags by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy Combined with Chemometrics

摘要 建立生物降解塑料袋物证鉴别分类方法。以55个市售标称生物降解塑料袋样品为研究对象,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱采集样品光谱信息并进行重现性检验;分别建立主成分分析、聚类分析及判别分析的化学计量学生物降解塑料袋样品鉴别分类模型。结果表明,55个样品主要材质为聚己二酸-对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯及聚乙烯,填料以碳酸钙、滑石粉、淀粉为主,根据主要化学成分的不同,将样品分为5个类别,不同类别样品的主成分分析与聚类分析鉴别效果较好;基于判别分析鉴别分类,模型的样品原始分类准确率与留一法交叉验证分类准确率为100%。将傅里叶变换红外光谱与化学计量学相结合能快速鉴别分类生物降解塑料袋,为犯罪现场生物降解塑料袋物证鉴别分类提供有效方法。 The method for identifying and classifying the evidence of biodegradable plastic bags was established.Using 55 biodegradable plastic bag samples as the research object,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used to collect spectral information of the samples and perform reproducibility testing;The identification and classification models of biodegradable plastic bag samples were established by the principal component analysis,cluster analysis and discriminant analysis.The result showed that 55 samples were mainly made of polybutylene adipate terephthalate and polyethylene.The fillers were mainly calcium carbonate,talcum powder and starch.The samples were divided into five categories according to the main chemical composition,and the principal component analysis and cluster analysis of samples of different categories had good identification results.Establishing a discriminant analysis Model for sample classfcation,the accuracy of the original classification and the accuracy of the Leave-one-out cross validation classification were 100%。Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy combined with chemometrics could quickly identify and classify biodegradable plastic bags,providing an effective method for identification and classification of material evidence of biodegradable plastic bags at crime scenes.
