瘢痕疙瘩是一种特殊类型的病理性瘢痕,主要表现为成纤维细胞侵袭性增生和细胞外基质过度沉积。除了严重影响美观,还经常引起疼痛、瘙痒和感觉异常,给患者带来极大痛苦。目前,瘢痕疙瘩的治疗包括病灶内糖皮质激素注射、手术切除、冷冻治疗、激光治疗、放射治疗等。其中,病灶内药物注射因操作简单、创伤小、经济负担小被广大患者接受,但仍存在引起局部疼痛、容易复发的缺点。近年来,许多研究发现改变药物的给药方式具有减轻不良反应和加强药物作用的优势。本综述总结最新瘢痕疙瘩的药物递送方式,旨在为瘢痕疙瘩的治疗提供新选择。

Keloid is a special type of pathological scar,mainly characterized by invasive proliferation of fibroblasts and excessive deposition of extracellular matrix.In addition to seriously affecting the appearance,it often causes pain,itching and paresthesia,which brings huge suffering to patients.At present,the treatment of keloid includes intralesional steroid injection,surgical resection,cryotherapy,laser therapy,radiation therapy,etc.Among them,intralesional drug injection is accepted by most patients due to its simple operation,small trauma and low economic burden.However,its shortcomings such as causing local pain and easy recurrence still trouble patients a lot.In recent years,many studies have found that changing the drug delivery mode has the advantages of reducing side effects and enhancing drug effects.This review summarizes the latest drug delivery modes for keloid,providing a new option for the treatment of keloid.
