摘要
肥大细胞来源于骨髓造血干细胞,参与机体变态反应、损伤修复与重塑、血栓形成以及免疫防御等生理病理过程。近年来研究表明,黄褐斑患者皮损区肥大细胞数量增加,氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑的机制与肥大细胞活性及数量有关,提示肥大细胞可能参与调节皮肤色素沉着。本文就肥大细胞活化后释放的活性介质对黑色素合成、转运的影响进行综述。
Human mast cells derived from bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells,and play an important role in some physiological and pathological processes including allergy,damage repairing and remodeling,thrombosis and immune defense.In recent years,studies have shown that the number of mast cells increased in lesional melasma skin.The mechanism of tranexamic acid in the treatment of chloasma is related to the activity and number of mast cells.These results have suggested that mast cells may be involved in the regulation of skin pigmentation.The effects of mast cell-derived active medium on melanin synthesis and transportation have been reviewed in this paper.
