公共图书馆高质量发展的湖南创新实践

Hunan’s Innovative Practice of High-quality Development of Public Libraries

品质发展、均衡发展、融合发展、开放发展是高质量发展的主要特征。论文对湖南公共图书馆高质量发展的实践进行了分析梳理,即:打造阅读新空间,夯实高质量发展的基础;强化顶层设计,为高质量发展提供制度保障;加强社会合作,构建共治共享的高质量发展格局;深化体系建设,推动公共图书馆的均等化;融合信息技术,推动公共图书馆发展的智慧化。最后,论文对未来湖南省公共图书馆的高质量发展提出了四点思考。

Quality development,balanced development,integrated development and open development are the main characteristics of high-quality development.This paper analyzes the practice of high-quality development of Hunan public libraries,that is,to create a new space for reading and consolidate the foundation of high-quality development;strengthen top-level design to provide institutional guarantee for high-quality development;strengthen social cooperation and build a high-quality development pattern of co-governance and sharing;deepen the system construction and promote the equalization of public libraries;integrate information technology to promote the intelligent development of public libraries.Finally,four thoughts on the high-quality development of public libraries in Hunan Province in the future are put forward.
