摘要
生成式人工智能作为新一代人工智能的代表,促进了教育与互联网的深度融合。教师作为教育发展的重要主体,其专业发展势必会受到影响。生成式人工智能为提高教师工作精益度、教学创新、教学供给侧改革提供了价值,同时也带来了主体地位失调、育人伦理困境、情感关怀弱化等风险。立足于教育数字化转型的背景,教师需加强身份认同、提升数字素养、革新评价理念、推进理实融合,结合技术双向赋能,才能适应社会变化,促进自身专业发展,助力教育数字化转型。
As a representative of the new generation of artificial intelligence,generative artificial intelligence promotes the deep integration of education and the Internet.As an important subject of education development,teachers’professional development is bound to be affected.Generative artificial intelligence provides value for improving the lean degree of teachers’work,teaching innovation and teaching supply-side reform,but also brings risks such as maladjustment of subject status,ethical dilemma of education and the weakening of emotional care.Based on the background of digital transformation of education,teachers need to strengthen identity,improve digital literacy,innovate evaluation concepts,promote the integration of science and reality,and combine technology with two-way empowerment,in order to adapt to social changes,promote their own professional development,and help the digital transformation of education.
