课程思政案例在高职外科护理教学中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨课程思政案例在高职外科护理课程教学中的应用效果。方法:采用整群抽样法选取安徽省某高职院校2020级2个行政班级为对照组(n=145),2021级2个行政班级为实验组(n=147)。对照组采用常规的理实一体教学模式,实验组在常规教学模式基础上增加课程思政案例教学法,比较两组学生外科护理课程结束后的考核成绩、临床评判思维能力和人文关怀能力的差异。结果:实验组与对照组学生的总评成绩(t=13.771,P<0.001)、临床批判思维能力(t=15.318, P<0.001)和人文关怀能力总得分(t=13.578, P<0.001)均有统计学意义。结论:在外科护理课程中开展课程思政案例教学,有利于提高学生学习效果、临床评判思维能力和人文关怀能力,同时促进了教师的教学改革能力和课程思政意识。
