存量规划背景下湖南省乡村闲置学校活化利用研究

Study on Activation and Utilization of Rural Idle Schools of Hunan Province in Context of Stock Planning

本文结合当前国土空间背景下存量规划的建设要求,从乡村闲置学校的总体特征和村民关于闲置学校再利用的意愿需求出发,将乡村闲置学校改造方向归纳为教育教学、医疗康养、文体物流、经济发展、党政宣传五大类型,同时结合当前湖南省村庄规划的五大类型分别提出不同定位下乡村闲置学校的改造方向,以期对湖南省乡村闲置学校的活化利用提供理论和实践指导。

This paper combines the construction requirements of stock planning under the current territorial and spatial background,introduces the overall characteristics of rural idle schools and the villagers’willingness for the reuse of idle schools,summarizes the transformation directions of rural idle schools into five types:education and teaching,medical and health care,cultural and sports logistics,economic development,and party and government publication.At the same time,different directions for the transformation of idle rural schools are proposes according to different positioning based on the five major types of villages under the current village planning in Hunan Province,in order to provide both theoretical and practical guidance for the activation and utilization of rural idle schools in Hunan Province.
