添加多孔材料对混凝土隔热性能影响的试验研究

摘要 本文选取了陶制颗粒、麻纤维、秸秆纤维等多种多孔材料作为添加剂,并添加选矿粉尘和粉煤灰以制备泡沫混凝土,并测试其在不同质量分数条件下的力学性能和隔热效果。实验结果表明,多孔材料的加入对泡沫混凝土的隔热性能具有显著影响,特别是陶粒能够显著降低混凝土导热系数,同时适量添加填充剂可显著提高泡沫混凝土的力学性能,其中选矿粉尘表现略优。本研究旨在探讨不同类型多孔材料对泡沫混凝土隔热性能的影响。 In this paper,a variety of porous materials such as ceramic particles,hemp fiber and straw fiber are selected as additives,and mineral processing dust and fly ash are added to prepare foamed concrete,and its mechanical properties and thermal insulation effects are tested under different mass fractions.The experimental results show that the addition of porous materials has a significant effect on the thermal insulation performance of foamed concrete,especially the ceramic particles can significantly reduce the thermal conductivity of concrete,and the appropriate addition of filler can significantly improve the mechanical properties of foamed concrete,in which the performance of beneficiation dust is slightly better.This study is conducted to investigate the effects of different types of porous materials on the thermal insulation performance of foamed concrete.
