基于四电极电磁流量计的水平井油水两相流实验研究

摘要 在水平井油水两相流测量中,传统的两电极电磁流量计在流量1~40 m^(3)/d时测不到准确的流量数据。为扩大其适用范围,研发了四电极电磁流量计。该流量计由2个呈90°交叉排列的两电极电磁流量计构成,在油水两相流模拟水平井中,采用全集流方式进行流量测量实验。结果表明:四电极电磁流量计解决了在流量1~5 m^(3)/d、含水率90%以上时两电极流量计因传感器在油相中而得不到准确流量数据的问题;在流量5~40 m^(3)/d、含水率80%~90%时解决了流量测量值波动较大的问题。与两电极电磁流量计相比,四电极电磁流量计扩大了测量范围,提高了测井成功率和测量精度。 In the measurement of oil-water two-phase flow in horizontal wells,the traditional two-electrode electromagnetic flowmeter cannot measure accurate flow data when the flow is between 1~40 m^(3)/d.In order to expand its application,the four-electrode electromagnetic flowmeter has been developed,which is composed of two 90°cross-arranged electromagnetic flowmeters.In a simulation horizontal well with oil-water two-phase flow,a full flow collection method was used to conduct experimental measurement and calibration.The results show that the four-electrode electromagnetic flowmeter solves the problems that the flow data cannot be accurately measured due to the measuring sensors are in the oil phase when the flow is between 1~5 m^(3)/d and the water content is over 90%.When the flow is between 5~40 m^(3)/d and the water content is 80%~90%,the four-electrode flowmeter solves the problem of measuring data fluctuation.Compared with the two-electrode electromagnetic flowmeter,the four-electrode electromagnetic flowmeter expands the measurement range,improves the logging success rate and measurement accuracy.
