预处理二次铝灰制备炼钢用铝酸钙

摘要 二次铝灰是铝工业产生的危险废物,同时也是一种富铝资源。以二次铝灰湿法预处理高铝料和石灰石为原料,通过混合、球磨、成型、烧结工艺制备炼钢用铝酸钙。优选了铝酸钙的最佳制备工艺条件为:高铝料与石灰石质量比0.50、烧结温度1350℃、成型压力10 MPa,制备的铝酸钙样品Al_(2)O_(3)和CaO含量符合《炼钢用预熔型铝酸钙》(YB/T 4265—2011)CA-40牌号成分要求,主要物相为12CaO·7Al_(2)O_(3),同时具有低硅、低镁、低氧化铁、低磷、低硫、低氟和低碳的性能,熔点为1378℃,符合炼钢用预熔型铝酸钙产品质量标准要求。 Secondary aluminum dross is a hazardous waste produced by aluminum industry,and it is also an aluminum-rich resource.Calcium aluminate for steelmaking was prepared by mixing,ball milling,forming and sintering with wet pretreated secondary aluminum ash and limestone as raw materials.The optimum preparation process conditions for calcium aluminate include mass ratio of high alumina material to limestone of 0.50,sintering temperature of 1350℃,and forming pressure of 10 MPa.The Al_(2)O_(3)and CaO contents of the prepared calcium aluminate sample meet the composition requirements of the CA-40 grade in“Pre-melted Calcium-aluminate for Steelmaking”(YB/T 4265—2011),and the main phase is 12CaO·7Al_(2)O_(3).It has the properties of low silicon,low magnesium,low iron oxide,low phosphorus,low sulfur,low fluorine,and low carbon,and the melting point is 1378℃,which meets the quality standards of pre-melted calcium aluminate products for steelmaking.
