摘要
豆粕发酵可以提高饲料蛋白利用率,增强动物免疫力,替代抗生素,提高畜禽食用品质。本文综述了近年来豆粕发酵菌种、发酵工艺、应用研究的进展情况。
Soybean meal fermentation can improve the utilization rate of feed protein,enhance animal immunity,replace antibiotics,and improve the food quality of livestock and poultry.The article reviews the progress of soybean meal fermentation strains,fermentation processes,and application research in recent years.
