综述了谷类作物样品的前处理技术的研究进展并展望了其发展趋势,以期为我国食品安全监管提供支持。
This article reviews the research progress of pre-treatment techniques for cereal crop samples and looks forward to their development trends,in order to provide support for food safety supervision in China.
