摘要 本文详细阐述了食品检测中的生物技术及其应用,并介绍了生物技术在食品包装材料检测、食品储存条件监测及食品加工过程中的应用。本文总结了生物技术在食品领域应用的优点及保障食品安全的重要性,并展望了未来生物技术在食品行业中的发展趋势。 This article mainly discusses the application of biotechnology in food testing,and introduces the application of biotechnology in food packaging material testing,food storage condition monitoring,and food processing.This article summarizes the advantages of biotechnology application in the food industry and the importance of ensuring food safety,and looks forward to the future development trend of biotechnology in the food industry.
