警务礼仪文化教育融入司法警察类专业育人过程的路径探索

Exploration of the Path to Integrate Police Etiquette and Cultural Education into the Cultivation of Judicial Police Majors

新时代人民警察除需具备良好的业务知识、娴熟的警务技能等能力和一定的法律素质外,更应具备深厚的警务礼仪修养。司法警察类专业历来重视学警警务礼仪修养的培养、深化及应用,目前已建立基本教育模式。但随着当今社会快速发展,对于警务礼仪文化教育要求也在不断的提升,现有教育在思想认识、教育模式、课程设置等方面呈现出一定滞后性或单一性,极大程度的影响了培养实效。结合新形势特点和需要,对传统警务礼仪教育模式进行深度剖析,对警务礼仪文化教育元素进行深入挖掘,创新探索转变观念认识、升华教育模式、打造教师团队、优化课程设置、建设文化环境的实践路径,将警务礼仪文化教育融入司法警察类专业育人全过程。

In the new era,the people's police,in addition to possessing solid professional knowledge,proficient police skills,and a certain level of legal literacy,should also possess profound police etiquette cultivation.Importance has been attached to the cultivation,deepening,and application of police etiquette for judicial police majors,and a basic educational model has been established.However,with the rapid development of society,the requirements for police etiquette and cultural education continue to increase,and the existing education exhibits a certain degree of lag or singleness in terms of ideological understanding,educational models,curriculum settings,etc.,significantly affecting the effectiveness of training.In light of the characteristics and needs of the new situation,this paper conducts a deep analysis of the traditional police etiquette education model,delves into the cultural education elements of police etiquette,and innovatively explores practical paths to change mindsets,upgrade educational models,build teacher teams,optimize curriculum settings,and develop cultural environments,integrating police etiquette and cultural education into the entire educational process of judicial police majors.
