Advanced manufacturing cluster refers to the industrial organizational form formed by the clustering of enterprises and institutions in the field of advanced manufacturing in a certain geographical space,through mutual cooperation,exchange,and symbiosis.Organizational change and collaborative innovation are important driving forces for the development of advanced manufacturing clusters,and they complement and promote each other.By constructing a"dual wheel structure"of organizational change and collaborative innovation driving the development of advanced manufacturing clusters,the theoretical basis,internal mechanism,operational mechanism of organizational change and collaborative innovation were clarified,the development practice of cluster development promoting the combination of organizations and new research and development institutions were analyzed.The practical path of promoting cluster collaborative innovation with organizational change as the starting point and deepening cluster organizational change with collaborative innovation as the driving force were clarified.
