基于机会窗口的中国卫星导航与位置服务产业赶超路径研究

A study on the catch-up path of China's satellite navigation and location services industry from the perspective of opportunity window

近年来,中国卫星导航与位置服务产业呈现高速增长态势,从后发位置逐渐形成赶超。从发展时序上看,北斗系统发展和中国卫星导航与位置服务产业的赶超强相关。北斗系统作为产业基础不断推动卫星导航与位置服务产业的发展进程,本文基于卫星导航系统和中国卫星导航与位置服务产业的发展关系,分析了全球卫星导航系统和中国卫星导航与位置服务产业的发展特征及我国卫星导航与位置服务产业的早期发展,研判出基于GNSS机会窗口的赶超路径,并对中国卫星导航与位置服务产业的发展提出展望和建议。

In recent years,China's satellite navigation and location service industry has shown a highspeed growth trend,and gradually formed a catch-up from a late-developing position.From the perspective of development sequence,the development of Beidou system is strongly related to the catch-up of China's satellite navigation and location services industry.Beidou system,as an industrial base,constantly promotes the development of satellite navigation and location service industry.Based on the relationship between satellite navigation system and China satellite navigation and location service industry,the development characteristics of global satellite navigation system and China satellite navigation and location services industry,as well as the early development of China's satellite navigation and location services industry were analyzed,the catch-up path based on GNSS opportunity window was judged,and prospects and suggestions for the development of satellite navigation and location services industry in China were put forward.
