我国消费品工业数字化转型路径研究

Research on the digital transformation path of consumer goods industry in China

摘要 当前,全球范围内的市场竞争日益激烈,消费品工业面临国际国内双重考验,消费品工业企业纷纷加速数字化转型的步伐,不断提升效率,获取更大的市场份额,加快企业创新。作为全球最大最有潜力的消费市场,我国正在全面提升消费品制造水平和效率。在“数字中国”、消费品工业“三品”等国家战略的驱动下,数字化转型成为消费品工业企业迎接挑战、创造机遇的重要引擎。从整体水平、行业差异、数字化能力三方面,分析出消费品工业数字化转型面临的现实困境,研究出我国消费品工业数字化转型路径,通过顶层规划、研发设计、生产制造、供应链协同、质量管理等方面助力企业规划战略目标、优化技术方案、配置资源投入,实现高质量发展。 Currently,global market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and the consumer goods industry is facing dual challenges both domestically and internationally.Consumer goods industry enterprises are accelerating their digital transformation,continuously improving efficiency,gaining larger market share,and accelerating enterprise innovation.As the world's largest and most promising consumer market,China is comprehensively improving the level and efficiency of consumer goods manufacturing.Driven by national strategies such as“Digital China”and“Three Products”in the consumer goods industry,digital transformation has become an important engine for consumer goods industry enterprises to meet challenges and create opportunities.The practical difficulties faced by the digital transformation of the consumer goods industry were analyzed from three aspects:overall level,industry differences,and digital capabilities.The digital transformation path of China's consumer goods industry was studied,assisting enterprises in aspects including planning strategic goals,optimizing technical solutions,allocating resource investment,and achieving high-quality development through top-level planning,research and development design,production manufacturing,supply chain collaboration,and quality management.
