企业数字化转型的业务蓝图顶层设计研究

Research on top-level design of business blueprint for digital transformation of enterprise

从企业数字化转型的角度出发开展业务蓝图顶层设计,有助于确保企业业务蓝图与企业数字化转型的战略目标一致,对实现企业数字化转型具有十分重要的意义。针对企业在数字化转型过程中面临的问题及挑战,如侧重点不同、数据“孤岛”问题严重、规范化管理顶层设计不健全,以及技术与业务融合度不高等,论述了开展企业业务蓝图顶层设计研究的必要性与可行性,提出保障企业数字化转型落地实施的有效方法,以及降低企业数字化转型成本、提升创新能力和加速企业管理模式升级的可行路线。同时,从方法论的角度,提出了包括业务全景图设计、业务切片分析、数字化模型构建和业务场景设计等开展业务蓝图顶层设计的流程和方法。

From the perspective of digital transformation of enterprise,carrying out the top-level design of business blueprints helps to ensure that the business blueprints are consistent with the strategy and goals of the digital transformation of the enterprise,which is of great significance for achieving digital transformation.In response to the problems and challenges faced by enterprises in the process of digital transformation,such as different focuses,serious data silos,inadequate top-level design of standardized management,and low integration of integration of technology and business,the necessity and feasibility of conducting top-level research on enterprise business blueprints were discussed,effective methods were proposed to ensure the implementation of enterprise digital transformation and feasible paths to were promoted reduce the cost of enterprise digital transformation,enhance innovation capabilities,and accelerate the upgrading of enterprise management models.At the same time,from a methodological perspective,the implementation steps and main methods for conducting top-level design of business blueprint,including business panoramic map design,business slice analysis,digital model construction and business scenario design,were proposed.
