发展智能制造的基本思路、关键维度与推进路径

The essential requirements,key dimensions and promotion paths of intelligent manufacturing

摘要 在新一轮科技革命的时代浪潮之下,夯实智能制造的发展基础,推动效率变革与质量变革,是中国经济实现高质量发展的必要之举。目前,全球智能制造呈现数字技术深层嵌入、基于数字平台的一体化管理,以及增进智能化与绿色化的同步同频三个趋势。在发展思路上,智能制造更加重视用户参与和反馈,突出了生产方式的柔性化、集成化、定制化与绿色化,精准提高产品质量和服务水平。从产业升级视角出发,推进智能制造应该从产业基础再造、新兴业态落地和前沿科技布局三个维度加以发力。中国可以按照筑牢体系根基、关键技术攻关、配套服务保障、智能制造生态的现实路径,持续且稳步地做强智能制造。 Under the wave of the new round of scientific and technological revolution,it is necessary for China's economy to achieve high-quality development by consolidating the development foundation of intelligent manufacturing and promoting efficiency and quality reform.At present,global intelligent manufacturing presents three trends:deep embedding of digital technology,integrated management based on digital platforms,and simultaneous synchronization of intelligence and greening.In terms of development ideas,intelligent manufacturing attaches more importance to user participation and feedback,highlights the flexibility,integration,customization and greening of production methods,and accurately improves product quality and service levels.From the perspective of industrial upgrading,the promotion of intelligent manufacturing should be made from three dimensions:industrial base reengineering,the landing of emerging business formats and the layout of cutting-edge science and technology.China can continue to steadily strengthen intelligent manufacturing in accordance with the realistic path of building a solid system foundation,tackling key technology research,supporting service guarantees,and intelligent manufacturing ecology.
